Sunrise Health Region is the largest employer in east central Saskatchewan, and the largest in Yorkton. The management of the health region is responsible for the operation of 23 health care facilities and numerous local offices. The region employs more than 2,900 professional and support staff to ensure the delivery of quality care.

The administrative staff are led by Suann Laurent, President & Chief Executive Officer, who reports to the regional health authority board of directors. In addition to communications and community linkages, the President & CEO oversees and guides five Vice Presidents, each responsible for a specific area of health care delivery and operations:
