Yorkton and District Nursing Home is comprised of 5 Units with a total of 211 beds in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.

Country Meadow - is a 60 bed area with shared washrooms.

Skinner Unit - is a 35 bed unit. It is a secured Memory Care Unit. Rooms are private however, the washroom facilities are shared between 2 rooms.

Yorkton Village is a 46 bed area with private washrooms.

Anderson Village - consists of 46 beds; 31 LTC beds, 4 Transition Beds, 4 Respite Beds, 5 Program Beds, 3 Stroke Beds and a Memory Care Unit.
