Director of Primary Health CareBack   
The Director of Primary Health Care reports to the Vice President of Integrated Primary Health Services and has responsibility for the planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, implementing, delivering, evaluating and reporting of primary health care services within Sunrise Health Region (SHR). This includes providing overall direction to Primary Health Care (PHC) initiatives in health promotion, chronic disease management, community development and information technology.
